Packages & Costs
The costs involved in videoing your special day depend, of course, on how much you want videoed. The table below will give you some idea as to the costs involved.
Package 1 ~ Service Only:
Shots of Bride preparing or shots of church with guests arriving, service, Bride & Groom walking down the aisle, photos at the church and Bride & Groom leaving.
5 VHS copies or 3 DVD copies.

As above but with all photo shoots, daytime reception and speeches.

In addition to this it is a requirement of the law for a European Copyright Licence to be purchased for all videos or DVDs which have music featured on them. This applies event to hymns or the first dance music. Details of the license and the costs of such can be found at www.videolicence.co.uk APVS are happy to obtain this license on your behalf but the cost will be passed back.
The prices quoted above include travel within a 50 mile radius of Fareham, Hampshire (except The Isle of Wight). Travel outside this area will be charged at 25p/mile and distances will be calculated based on AA/RAC on line routefinders. If overnight accommodation is necessary then this cost will also be charged back to the customer.
