Terms and Conditions
- All bookings are subject to a non refundable deposit of £100.00 The balance is then payable, in full, 7 days prior to the date of the wedding.
- Cancellations can be made up to 1 calendar month prior to the date of the wedding with no further costs being incurred. Cancellations within 1 calendar month of the wedding are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the video package
- APVideo Services cannot be held responsible for the quality of the final video/DVD when recording media (tapes, DVDs etc.) are found to be defective. However, APVideo Services undertakes to always purchase quality stock from reputable suppliers.
- That all parties understand that recording of any religious ceremony is performed at the discretion of the minister officiating at the service and that it is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom, or their deputies, to obtain such permissions as may be required.
- That all moving and still images produced by APVideo Services remain the property of APVS and that they may be used as publicity material without the prior consent of any persons appearing in such images.
- That during all day shoots covering reception and evening parties, arrangements are made for food to be provided for the camera person(s) at no cost to APVideo Services.
- The package prices quoted include travel within a 50 mile radius of Fareham, Hampshire (except The Isle of Wight). Travel outside this area will be charged at 25p/mile and distances will be calculated based on AA/RAC on line routefinders. If overnight accommodation is necessary then this cost will also be charged back to the customer.
